You’ll finally feel like the calm, connected parent you’ve been trying to be. And your child will be able to learn to notice their emotions, pause when things feel too much, and use calming techniques that help them feel safe in their body.

This will be a deep dive on authentic regulation - not forcing calm, not random practices. It's going to be part training and part embodiment - making it effective to bring transformation.
This is going to be a 4 to 5 month journey - only for those ready to put in the work to healing old patterns and helping their child to thrive.
