    Who am I?

    Hi, I’m Natasha —a fellow parent who sucks at mornings.

    I’ve been where you are. Mornings were always a whirlwind—too many things to do, too little time, and way too much stress. For a while, I actually got good at mornings. I committed to 40 days of one mindful practice and felt the difference: calm, clarity, and the energy to face the day ahead.

    But life happens. I slipped back into old habits, and mornings started to feel chaotic again.

    Now, I’m recommitting to myself—and to my mornings. This time, I’m inviting you to join me. Together, we can build better mornings, one mindful moment at a time.

    Who’s with me?

    Here’s how we’ll do it:

    1. EFT Tapping Practice – A powerful, guided practice to reset your mind, reduce stress, and start your day with intention.
    2. Accountability Group – You’ll join a community of like-minded parents for support, encouragement, and motivation.
    3. Daily Commitment – Just 5 minutes each morning for the rest of 2024.
