If you're a parent who's been struggling to stay calm and patient while supporting your kids through big emotions, this challenge is for YOU.
I see you – feeling overwhelmed by the constant demands of parenting. Juggling your own stress while trying to guide your child through their emotional highs and lows can feel like an impossible task. And let's be real – it can lead to burnout, frustration, and a cycle of feeling like you're never enough.
But here’s the truth: It doesn’t have to be this way.
This 5-day challenge will give you the tools you need to shift your approach, find more calm, and build a deeper connection with your kids – without needing to be perfect. In just five days, you’ll experience a powerful shift that will make your home feel more peaceful and your parenting feel more grounded.
Start Date: 28th April 2025 - All details will be emailed to you once you sign up and confirm your email address.
The first step to creating a calm, connected home starts with YOU. In Day 1, we’ll explore how your nervous system impacts your parenting. I’ll teach you how your emotional state can set the tone for the entire household (without you even realizing it), and how learning to manage your stress can help you show up for your kids in a whole new way. When you take control of your own regulation, you’ll see the ripple effect on the whole family.
Parenting can feel like an emotional rollercoaster. In this session, we’ll dive into simple, actionable techniques you can use in the heat of the moment when you’re on the verge of snapping or when everything feels too overwhelming. Whether you’re dealing with tantrums, whining, or frustration, you’ll learn how to ground yourself and respond with calm, even when emotions are running high.
What if your child’s meltdowns, defiance, or outbursts weren’t signs of "bad behaviour"—but instead, signals that their nervous system is overwhelmed? On Day 3, we’ll shift the way you see these big emotions and explore how to respond with co-regulation instead of conflict. You'll learn simple yoga and mindfulness tools to help both you and your child navigate tough moments together, creating more calm and connection instead of power struggles.
You can learn all the techniques, but how do you actually bring them into your busy, everyday life? Day 4 is all about integrating co-regulation into your routine. I’ll share simple practices that fit into your day, no matter how hectic things get. You’ll walk away with easy ways to keep your nervous system and your child’s in sync, whether you’re at home, running errands, or navigating challenging moments together.
By now, you’ll have a solid understanding of how to regulate yourself and support your child's regulation skills. On the final day, we’ll talk about how to continue building a peaceful, calm environment at home, even when life throws curveballs. I’ll also share what’s next for you on this journey of co-regulation, and how you can keep growing, learning, and building lasting change for your family.
You don’t need to be perfect to make a huge difference. This challenge is about progress, not perfection. Over the 5 days, you’ll learn practical tools and strategies that you can apply right away. With a focus on both your emotional regulation and your child’s, you’ll be able to create a calmer, more connected home environment – even if you’ve been struggling to find balance.
This challenge is completely FREE, and it’s waiting for you to take the first step toward a calmer, more connected home. No more feeling overwhelmed by your child's emotions, and no more wondering if you’re doing it “right.” You’re not alone – I’m here to help guide you through every step of the process.

Who am I?
Hi, I'm Natasha and I know exactly how it feels to want to be the calm, patient parent your child needs—while battling the stress, overwhelm, and reactivity that seems to take over in the hardest moments.
I’ve been teaching kids’ yoga since 2017, but long before that, I was the kid everyone thought was so chill—except behind closed doors, where the anger, frustration, and overwhelm would explode out at my siblings and parents. As a teen, I struggled with my emotions. I found some healthy outlets—music, art—but also turned to things that weren’t serving me, like drinking, smoking, and seeking validation from toxic people. I learned to hide my struggles, to appear like I had it all together.
Then I became a parent. And hiding was no longer an option.
Everything I’d buried came bubbling up, and no matter how much I tried, I kept reacting in ways that didn’t align with the parent I wanted to be. I followed all the gentle parenting advice, but when I was stressed, exhausted, and overstimulated, it just wasn’t enough.
That’s when I realized—I didn’t just need a yoga practice here and there. I needed real nervous system support. Tools I could use in the moment, even on the busiest days, even when I didn’t get a break. Because as a single mum, that break doesn’t always come.
Now, I help parents like you find those same tools—practical, accessible ways to regulate your nervous system so you can co-regulate with your child. Because calm, connected parenting isn’t just about what you say—it’s about how safe and steady you feel.
That’s why I created the Co-Regulation Challenge. Five days to help you shift from reactive to regulated, with simple, effective practices that work even when life is full-on.
You don’t have to do this alone. 💛
