The Calm Hour For Parents - Breathe. Release. Reset.

You love your kids deeply, but some days feel impossible. The endless mess, the big emotions, the feeling like you’re always reacting instead of responding—it’s exhausting. You’ve been trying so hard to help your child with their emotions, yet you still find yourself snapping, feeling guilty, and wondering why it feels so hard to stay calm.

Here’s the truth: It’s not just about your child’s regulation. It’s about yours too.

That’s why I created The Calm Hour—a space just for you. A space to release stress, find your breath again, and remind yourself that you don’t have to do this alone.

How It Works:

🟢 Live Calls – Join me each week where we will connect and share (where you want to) and then you'll be led through a guided tapping session to regulate your nervous system and shift out of stress mode. These tapping sessions will be personalised for the group so meeting you where you are that day. You don't need to be experiencing stress to attend - it's just about actively supporting your nervous system.


🟢 Come to One Session or All Five – This is a zero-pressure space. Join for a single session or every week—whatever you need. I will send a reminder with the link each week.


🟢 No Recordings, live only– These sessions will only be available to join in live because there will be space for you to share (if you choose to) so I want to make it a safe space for that and with it being open to so many to join for free, I feel that is the best way. No replays—just real-time connection and release.

🟢Community - It will be a great place to feel connected with others and get the support and kindness you deserve.
